G	Gloria Sarale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una serie di lunghi viaggi ieri ho pensato bene di dirigere uno sguardo alle mie gomme.. per scoprire che erano tritate!!! Mi sono trovata quindi in trasferta a Ferrara, a 400 km da casa mia, e con la prospettiva di macinarne altri 600 circa... e mi è venuto un coccolone! Ho cercato su maps e ho individuato Stefano Malaguti. Ho pensato "mi dice bene". Avevo ragione. Chiamato ieri tardo pomeriggio per chiedergli non le quattro stagioni.. nemmeno le invernali.. no.. troppo facile. Un treno di gomme estive per farci ancora un mesetto (e poi a casa le invernali le ho..). E lui me le ha ordinate per stamattina. Solo che non ci stavamo coi tempi della consegna. .. Epilogo: ieri sera lui si è attaccato al telefono, ben oltre il suo orario lavorativo, ha sentito dei colleghi, stamattina si è alzato alle 6, si è fatto 30 km e ritorno per andare a recuperarmi le 4 gomme (applauso anche al suo collega) che mi ha montano stamattina alle 8.30. Tutto questo per una cliente mai vista e sentita prima. Vorrei ci fossero 10 stellete. Grande Stefano, grazie!!!! After a series of long journeys yesterday I thought it best to take a look at my tires .. to find that they were chopped !!! So I found myself away in Ferrara, 400 km from my house, and with the prospect of grinding about another 600 ... and I got a cuddly! I searched on maps and found Stefano Malaguti. I thought "it tells me well". I was right. Called late yesterday afternoon to ask him not the four seasons .. not even the winter ones .. no .. too easy. A train of summer tires to make us another month (and then I have the winter ones at home ..). And he ordered them for me this morning. We just weren't happy with the delivery times. .. Epilogue: last night he hung up on the phone, well after his working hours, he heard from colleagues, this morning he got up at 6, he drove 30 km and back to go and get my 4 tires (applause also to his colleague ) that got me on this morning at 8.30. All this for a client never seen and heard before. I wish there were 10 stars. Great Stefano, thanks !!!!
