Ho portato l'auto per il tagliando, incuriosito dal sito, che è molto chiaro e fa una promessa che sembra seria, con controlli approfonditi in base all'età dell'auto. Chiaramente, anche la promessa di risparmio mi ha ingolosito. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di prenotare tramite Whatsapp così come ho apprezzato davvero molto tutte le informazioni che ho ricevuto prima di prenotare, sempre via chat. Veloce e molto comodo. Arrivato in officina, sono stato accolto molto bene, con cortesia. Prezzo molto soddisfacente e velocità nell'esecuzione dei lavori. Nel frattempo, ho aspettato direttamente in officina, usufruendo di uno spazio attrezzato per poter lavorare con il computer. Ora ho prenotato anche per la seconda auto di famiglia e spero di poter confermare l'ottima impressione che ho avuto. Intanto, in un settore dominato da tanta asimmetria informativa e scarsa trasparenza, sembra una (per me) belle novità. Very good for now. Meanwhile, in a sector dominated by so much information asymmetry and lack of transparency, it seems (for me) good news.

Ho comprato svariati prodotti per la macchina sia per la pulizia che trattamenti per il motore e si sono rivelati tutti ottimi! Ho preso lo stereo per la macchina nuova e anche lì nulla da dire anche sull'assistenza successiva al montaggio! Mi sento di fare nello specifico i complimenti a Yuri che con estrema gentilezza, simpatia e professionalità mi ha aiutata a capire il problema che mi dava la macchina! Mi è stato fatto un preventivo diviso in due parti, urgente e meno urgente, con prezzo dei vari pezzi e manodopera.Sono stato poi contattato durante la lavorazione per un imprevisto che aumentava il prezzo totale di 30 euro tra ricambio e mano d'opera. Che dire .... Per la mia personale esperienza ho ricevuto competenza,professionalita' e gentilezza. Quando ho ritirato l'auto il meccanico mi ha aspettato per spiegarmi tutto ciò che aveva fatto.
