Bravo David, ottimo lavoro. Brake problem, appointment on Friday 3 September but given the worsening of the problem, they brought me an appointment for Thursday and in the evening I had the van. Bravo David, great job.

Dopo 2 giorni, chiamo diverse volte per sentire se avevano novità. Finalmente rispondono e mi dicono che la macchina non ha nulla di grave. Per caso passo a contrallare e la macchina è ancora ferma fuori strada dove l'avevo lasciata. Mancanza di professionalità e presa in giro dei clienti, inaffidabili al massimo My car broke down in their area and I decided to contact them to have them take it with the tow truck. Professionalmente ha fatto tutto un check up alla macchina con il computer, si è fatto raccontare la dinamica del danno e ha agito di conseguenza in maniera professionale. Prima cercando di riparare la presa esistente, visto che però doveva essere sostituito il pezzo, è riuscito a trovare il 14 di agosto la spina e ha rifatto tutto il cablaggio del gancio traino mettendo a posto tutto l'impianto elettrico del carrello. Tutto lavorando una mattinata. Arrivati al pagamento (rimesso olio motore, sistemato cablaggio, sostituito lampadina fari) sono stato contento e soddisfatto del conto, onestissimo. All working one morning. Arriving at payment (engine oil, wiring fixed, headlight bulb replaced) I was happy and satisfied with the bill, honestly. I highly recommend it.

Onestamente mi sarei aspettato una chiamata per avvisarmi della sostituzione che avrebbero dovuto effettuare. Deluso... I brought the car for the complete service, when I went to pick it up they informed me that they had also changed the glow plugs as they were worn (3-year-old machine and never any warning of problems). Honestly I would have expected a call to advise me of the replacement they should have made. Disappointed...

Mi sono venuti a prendere la macchina fino a casa senza spese aggiuntive e appena il sig.Marco ha provato l'accensione grazie alla sua esperienza e competenza ha capito subito il problema hanno pensato tutto loro. Ho trovato personale competente e disponibile, un ringraziamento anche alla gentilezza delle ragazze in reception. Dopo la sostituzione purtroppo c'è stata una perdita di gas evidente, apparentemente dovuta ad una rottura dei raccordi. Grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità della ragazza dell'amministrazione è stato trovato un compromesso per sistemare il tutto allo stesso prezzo preventivato. Leggo alcune recensioni che lamentano mancanza di comunicazione: in effetti alcune cose potrebbero essere comunicate in modo differente, ma la mia esperienza non può che essere giudicata positiva.
