Vende mezzi spacciandoli per propri quando in realtà il mezzo non è sempre stato suo e quindi di quel mezzo non conosce assolutamente nulla. Batteria che era subito da sostituire perché quella presente era in stato obrobrioso e palesemente ricaricata giusto un momento prima di vendere. Per cifre irrisorie ha occultato vizi sul mezzo facendo una figuraccia e a sto punto metto in dubbio anche la serietà dell'officina stessa che non é in grado di sostituire una batteria esausta che perde acido. Potevi guadagnare un cliente o forse 2 con 4 veicoli in più da manutenzionare e invece.... Aggiungo anche che il mezzo doveva essere tagliandato da poco ma in realtà non gli avevano fatto assolutamente nulla. Neanche le candele!!!!! E il filtro era in condizioni pietose screpolato e secco. Poi è stato ritrattato e aumentato di quasi 20 euro al momento del pagamento. La macchina doveva essere pronta il giorno dopo, e invece non lo era, senza nemmeno avvisare, con vari disagi conseguenti. Mi viene data un'auto sostitutiva con il serbatoio in riserva, in cui io poi ho dovuto lasciare più benzina di quella trovata, ma "siamo a posto così". Tenetevi pure i soldi e la benzina in più, ma una stella su cinque è la mia opinione sul vostro servizio. Honest and clear person. Purchased a used Mercedes A-Class and immediately indicated the jobs to be done and the defects. For me it was a positive experience.
