Anche se non è obbligatoria per l'esercente non credo che vi porterà un gran guadagno perchè costringete i clienti a rivolgersi agli esercizi commerciali che hanno fatto la giusta scelta di dare la possibilità al cliente (e all'esercente) di vincere delle somme di denaro (notevoli). E' chiaro che se chi cerca di boicottare la lotteria ha la necessità di EVADERE il FISCO, altrimenti non c'è altra spiegazione visto che anche l'esercente può vincere i premi in denaro. Pertanto, io non farò più nessun acquisto negli esercizi che non hanno la lotteria e dal 01 marzo 2021 inizierò a segnalare all'Agenzia delle Entrate l'esercente (che molto spesso tira fuori anche la scusa che il Bancomat non funziona ecc..!!) .
