★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale decisamente poco professionale. In seguito ad un problema ho chiamato il negozio ed una addetta mi ha detto di passare personalmente che avrebbe provveduto . Al mio arrivo trovo un addetto che mi dice con fare supponente che loro non potevano fare nulla e che non sapeva x ché la collega ci avesse fatto andare lì. Usando poi un atteggiamento troppo confidenziale ci ha liquidati suggerendo di arrangiarci chiamando il 119.
 Definitely unprofessional staff. Following a problem, I called the shop and an employee told me to personally pass that he would take care of it. Upon my arrival I find an employee who tells me with a presumptuous gesture that they could not do anything and that he did not know why the colleague had made us go there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, ci hanno fatto un contratto che includeva linea fissa + due linee mobili e non si sono mai resi disponibili ad aiutarci per problematiche create molto probabilmente da loro, anzi, si sono rivelati maleducati e incompetenti, stamattina ho chiamato per un informazione e mi è stato messo giù il telefono mentre stavo parlando! Assolutamente sconsigliato andare in questo centro.
Bad experience, they made us a contract that included fixed line + two mobile lines and they never made themselves available to help us with problems most likely created by them, on the contrary, they turned out to be rude and incompetent, this morning I called for information and I the phone was put down while I was talking! Absolutely not recommended to go to this center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero non capisco come ci possano esserci queste opinioni positive. Mi hanno fatto passare a tim mesi fa da allora ci sono solo problemi grazie all' incompetenza di chi se ne è occupato. In negozio mi hanno proposto di inserire la mia linea mobile in tim unica quindi ogni mese la mia promozione si sarebbe rinnovata e pagata direttamente in fattura tim a 10 euro. Il ragazzo che si è occupato di fare questo però ci ha fatto pagare il passaggio a tim e i 10 euro di promozione del primo mese, MA evidentemente visto che è molto competente poi non ha concluso l'operazione nel computer quindi al momento dell'attuazione della mia scheda tim io mi sono trovata senza promozione. Dopo varie chiamate teoricamente la cosa doveva essere risolta visto che il numero poi è stato inserito in tim unica, il problema però è che ogni mese io mi trovo a pagare la mia promozione 2 vote 10 in fattura tim della linea fissa e 17,99 che viene preso dal mio credito. Ogni volta quindi mi tocca prendere la mattina chiamare l'assistenza per farmi ridare i soldi sul cellulare e chiedere di risolvere la cosa che ovviamente non viene risolta quindi mi trovo sempre punto a capo
I really don't understand how there can be such positive opinions. They made me switch to tim months ago since then there are only problems thanks to the incompetence of those who took care of it. In the shop, I was offered to insert my mobile line in a single tim so every month my promotion would be renewed and paid directly on the tim invoice at 10 euros. The guy who did this, however, made us pay for the transition to tim and the 10 euro promotion of the first month, BUT obviously since he is very competent then he did not complete the operation on the computer so at the time of the implementation my tim card I found myself without promotion. After several calls, theoretically, the thing had to be resolved since the number was then inserted in single tim, the problem however is that every month I find myself paying my promotion 2 times 10 in the fixed line tim bill and 17.99 which is taken from my credit. So every time I have to take the morning call for assistance to get the money back on my cell phone and ask to solve the thing that obviously is not resolved so I always find myself point to head

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto gentilmente un aiuto per attivare una sim Tim perche online non funzionava la procedura online ed il ragazzo in negozio ha risposto che non mi avrebbe prestato aiuto perche non ci avrebbe guadagnato nulla.
I kindly asked for help to activate a Tim sim because the online procedure did not work online and the guy in the shop replied that he would not help me because he would not have earned anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducato sarebbe dire poco.mi sono recato qui, come suggerito da 199 ,per aver assistenza per problemi con tim vision e,appena arrivato qui,mi è stato detto che mi sarei dovuto arrangiare in quanto lui non ci avrebbe guadagnato nulla.Poi ha ribadito piu volte che lui è lì solo per vendere.
