Oggi mi sono recata in questo store e anche se c’è stato un piccolo disguido durante l’acquisto, le commesse per scusarsi dell’accaduto, sono state così carine da regalarmi dei campioncini tra cui un prodotto full size. Ottima attenzione per il cliente!
Friendly staff who are able to satisfy the needs of the consumer.
Today I went to this store and even though there was a small misunderstanding during the purchase, the orders to apologize for the incident were so nice that they gave me samples including a full size product. Excellent customer focus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte che una volta mi sono ritrovata nello storico ordini della mia tessera un acquisto MAI effettuato ma vabbè ? non sono mai disponibili i prodotti "omaggio", anche se vai il giorno stesso dicono che sono già finiti e di richiamare, o gira e rigira trovano un modo per dire che comunque li devi pagare anche se hai il coupon ufficiale con i termini e condizioni. Il peggior Sephora mai visto, negli altri non fanno assolutamente così e sono anche più cordiali.. si atteggiano sia telefonicamente che in presenza come se vendessero oro e diamanti (anche se ci si pone in maniera educata e queste esperienze non succedono solo a me). Mooolto meglio Verona.
Apart from the fact that once I found myself in the order history of my card a purchase NEVER made but oh well ? "free" products are never available, even if you go the same day they say they are already finished and to call back, or go round and round they find a way to say that you still have to pay them even if you have the official coupon with terms and conditions. The worst Sephora ever seen, in the others they do absolutely not like that and they are even more cordial .. they pose both by phone and in person as if they were selling gold and diamonds (even if one poses in a polite way and these experiences do not happen only to me) . Sooo better Verona.
