★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima! Ho richiesto l applicazione dello smalto semipermanente e la ragazza che mi ha seguita si è dimostrata da subito frettolosa e per nulla gentile. Le ho chiesto l aggiunta di brillantini e mi ha risposto che non aveva tempo, che non poteva dedicarmi più di mezzora. Quando le ho detto che avrei potuto tornare con piu calma (bastava dirlo al momento della prenotazione) molto scocciata me li ha messi...Lavoro finale mediocre visto che dalla fretta i brillantini hanno sporcato tutte le altre dita. Non vedo l ora che lo smalto venga via per andarlo a rifare da un'altra parte.

A mediocre final job, given that in a hurry the glitter has soiled all the other fingers. I look forward to the enamel coming off to go and redo it somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto la laminazione alle ciglia, purtroppo pessimo risultato: ciglia arricciate e deformate, piegate contro la palpebra, impossibili da truccare. Il personale è molto gentile, ma purtroppo non sono per nulla soddisfatta. Mi auguro che le ciglia tornino ad essere come prima del trattamento!
I did the lamination to the eyelashes, unfortunately bad result: curled and deformed eyelashes, folded against the eyelid, impossible to make up. The staff is very nice, but unfortunately I am not satisfied at all. I hope that the lashes will be as they were before the treatment!
