Fenêtre chambre sans double vitrage (bruit) .
 Apartment that lacks maintenance (faulty household appliance, leaky radiator, missing light bulb, broken bedside lamp, tap with limescale, etc.)
Very low internet speed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A notre arrivée, nous avons été bien accueilli par la dame. La description de l'appartement correspond à la réalité. De plus, il est bien situé pour les visites et à une minute du vaporetto.
On our arrival we were welcomed by the lady. The description of the apartment corresponds to reality. In addition, it is well located for sightseeing and one minute from the vaporetto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé, très calme, offrant une facilité de visite très appréciable. Son équipement est très correct, une cafetière un peu plus grande serait souhaitable. A noter les difficultés pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée du bâtiment ainsi que pour trouver le logement à l'arrivée de nuit.
The apartment is extremely well placed, very quiet, offering a very appreciable ease of visit. Its equipment is very correct, a slightly larger coffee maker would be desirable. Note the difficulties in opening the front door of the building as well as finding accommodation on arrival at night.

Informations précise pour venir de l'aéroport au logement.
Super location, idéalement situé proche de la place St Marc, avec une jolie vue. L'appartement à tout ce qu'il faut même sucre, sel, poivre, café (manque juste une éponge). Et très beau avec les poutres en bois. Literie top (dommage que la mezzanine ne soit pas utilisable).
Nous recommandons sans hésitation!
Professional rental company, very quick to book accommodation. We were reassured that we only have to pay when we receive the accommodation.

Great location, ideally located near St Mark's Square, with a nice view. The apartment has everything you need even sugar, salt, pepper, coffee (just missing a sponge). And very beautiful with the wooden beams. Top bedding (pity that the mezzanine cannot be used).
We recommend without hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful apartment (n.270), in a great location. We would definitely go again as the owner Nicolo was very helpful. The only snag was suddenly being asked for a 200 euro security deposit one day before we left but that was sorted out.

Nevertheless, we regret that we were refused the permission to leave our luggage for two hours only on the empty room or hall downstairs, before leaving to the airport. The apartment itself is situated on the first floor. This would have been a small gesture that would have made the difference ! The apartment is smaller than it looks in the photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect stay at Casa Jacqueline. Fabio makes everything to make you feel at home. Fully equipped appartment, with a gorgeous altana (terrace) from which you can almost see the whole city landscape. We recommend !
