L	Lisa Schlager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were referred here for manicure/pedicure by our hotel. Big mistake. They were ill-equipped to handle 2 people at once for these services. One staff member obviously didn't know what she was doing. It took nearly 3 hours to complete 2 manis/pedis and they were rushing at the end. THEN, they charged me 220 euros for the service and said the credit card machine wasn't working. I regret not arguing with them about the cost (especially given the mediocre services) but we were in a hurry to make a tour. Buyer beware! It seems they like to rip off tourists. Truly unfortunate as I watched the hair salon services and they seemed on or above par. They should stick to hair as nail services are definitely not their forte.
S	Susana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend getting nails done here if you want a good finish. My nails turned out horrible and were very expensive. I was understanding at the quality not being the best but when it cost me triple the amount as in Australia with this finish I was absolutely shocked. Oh and not to mention the lady who charged me winked to another staff member after she took my money. Dodgy. 70€ for normal shellac.

I asked how much a wash and blow out style was and the owner told me 25 Euros, I told her I would return. Upon my return the following day I also brought my niece for a wash and blow out. We were both done approximately the same time, she was asked if she wanted some curls and she said sure. I did not see them clean the brushes at all, they were tossed in a drawer. We went to pay and the owner charged 80 euros I asked why because she said originally 25, she indicated that the curls were more. The place is dirty, don’t go here.

I had my hair colored and she missed areas of gray hair and acted like it was no big deal. I asked for a trim and she butchered my hair, she made it longer in the front left side than the right and the back took off 2”! My simple manicure turned into the manager not listening to me and insisting I get gel. Once I caved and she knew she could charge me she left me with inexperienced girls for yet another disaster, she never showed up again. My manicure lasted one day before the gel coat started chipping! I basically threw 220€ In the trash. I didn’t even get my hair blown out. They are very inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing it what good service is. They just want to take your money as they figure they will never see you again!

Tried to charge me 60 euros for acrylic removal and a gel polish after seeing I was foreign. then started to remove my acrylics and said actually they can’t remove after cutting my skin and making me bleed in multiple places. They Then charged me 50 euros for 2 COATS OF GEL POLISH. The woman said it would be ‘good quality O.P.I gel, which it was not. It was a cheap shitty brand. The gel polish looks terrible. They didn’t shape the nails first and you can see through the pathetic 2 coats they did and can see my acrylic nail regrowth line. Bullshit place do not go here.
A	Adam Sparks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife’s had gel refill nails done here and it was the worst experience in her 35 years of any shop in the world!!. First, the nails were not filed to the same shape - they were uneven. Secondly, the prices are outrageous for the level of service and quality of this small shop. It was a 100 Euros!! And if that wasn’t bad enough, half an hour after She left the shop one nail fell completely off ! Do yourself a favor, and find another shop !!
A	Anna de negri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this was easily the worst hairdresser experience of the past ten years across 3 continents and at least 12 different countries. It went so far as having one side shorter than the other one! The washing was poorly and quickly done, the haircut again ended up being asimmetric and not on purpose and the blow dry even worse if possible. The prices were ridiculously high. I strongly recommend not going to this salon.
