★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zuvorkommende Service, wir wurden schon zweimal unkompliziert bedient, so einfach und unspektakulär als würde man ein Eis bestellen und es ist dann ein perfektes Eis. Auch telefonisch aus Deutschland mit schlechten Englischkenntnissen meinerseits wurde mir geduldig geholfen. Was will man mehr.
 Very attentive service, we have been served twice uncomplicated, as simple and unspectacular as you would order an ice cream and then it's a perfect ice cream. Also by phone from Germany with poor English skills on my part I was patiently helped. What more do you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent a week in Venice in June and unfortunately had a very bad experience with Venice Rent Apartments. I have given them over a month to respond to my complaints, but they have not, so I now feel people should be aware of my unfortunate experience. Before I booked I explained that we needed strong wifi due to my husband needing to work while away - this was assured. After being half an hour late to meet us when we arrived, neither the air conditioning nor the wifi worked. We had people coming and going over the next day - neither were resolved (it was close to 40 degrees!). To make a long story short, their 24 hour helpline was never answered (I kept going to an automated voice service) and we ended up cancelling the wifi because we were paying for something that wasn't working and ended up going to cafes which was a MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. They brought a portable air con but it was so noisy that we had to turn it off at night and you had to keep the windows open, which was a security risk. It was just a total nightmare and no one apologised or responded to requests for a discount. I would definitely NOT recommend them. We had friends staying at Air BnB and it was so smooth and easy. Even emails after we left were unanswered. Not recommended - rather go with a reputable company.
