★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Views on Venice provided a wonderfully attentive service during our stay in Venice. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and luxurious (and importantly, as described in the listing) but it was the Views on Venice team that really stood out during our holiday. It was a treat to be met personally at the ferry stop by our representative Francesca, who provided a warm welcome and thorough check-in. Communication was excellent both prior to our trip (personal phone call to arrange meeting on arrival) and during our stay (via email, their team was able to resolve a minor issue within a few hours overnight!). The service and accommodation is unbeatable value for money - I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you VoV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have lodged with Views on Venice about 7 times and feel at home wherever they put us. The explanations of what to do, when, and how to get where we need to be are very clear. All accommodations have been pristine and complete. We love exploring all of the neighborhoods of the city and the islands of the lagoon. Venice has captivated us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an excellent agency to work with. They were very helpful and responsive to requests and questions both before and during our stay. The apartment we rented was beautiful and looked exactly like it did in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in good working order. The book with information about restaurants, attractions, local bakeries, etc. was extremely helpful; the representative who met us when we arrived provided us with additional suggestions. I would certainly rent from Views on Venice again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Five of us (my husband and I and three friends) have just had a wonderful time in Ca' dell' Opera which is the most fantastic apartment. The four bedrooms are all of a good size, and the real bonus is that each one has its own bathroom. The kitchen is very well fitted out and the apartment feels very luxurious. The Views on Venice staff were all very lovely and very helpful. This was the third time I have used the company and I would not hesitate to recommend them :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Views On Venice through Air BnB, and decided to book with them directly (thus avoiding Air BnB fees and bureaucracy). We wouldn't have been happier with our 5 bedroom apartment in Venice. Like all of their properties, it was beautifully furnished and professionally managed. The appliances, supplies, linens etc were top notch, and their concierge service was flawless. We were able to arrange daily cleaning for our large group. We booked a magical cooking class through them. We stayed in the heart of Dorsoduro which we loved. The apartment more than lived up to our expectations and compared to a luxury hotel (which the apartment was the equivalent of) it was far more economical. We look forward to using them again when in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay in Venice was our best AirBnB ever. The apartment is absolutely spectacular - nicer than a 5 star hotel. And VoV provided us with incredible service, beginning with pre-arrival communication, assistance with transportation, check in, and booking experiences. I would only stay in a VoV property when visiting Venice.
