Siamo contenti che lo conosciamo e che ci a fato comprare la casa.

Dopo un primo approccio che mi presentava il sig. Lafond come persona ruvida, burbera ed intransigente, gli ho dato proprio per questo la mia fiducia e con piacere mi ha convinto che non mi sbagliavo e che aveva grande professionalità, competenza, disponibilità e gentilezza seguendomi con la stessa intransigenza passo a passo fino alla stipula finale. Grazie ancora Sebastien per la pazienza dimostratami nonostante le mie paure.

Se poi la casa la cerchi in un luogo meraviglioso ma molto complicato come Venezia, la differenza diventa fondamentale. Sebastien Lafond, titolare dell'agenzia Maison à Venise, si era presentato bene fin dal primo contatto telefonico. Poi ci siamo incontrati, ci ha accompagnato a visitare una casa, ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli che cercavamo. Alla fine quella casa non era ciò che cercavamo e Sebastien si è subito preoccupato di capire bene le nostre esigenze. Per proporci altre soluzioni se ci sono, per segnalarcele quando gli capiteranno. Il tutto con gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità sua e della sua equipe. Cinque stelle con lode.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo iniziato la ricerca di un immobile a Venezia contattando molte agenzie immobiliari del posto, che seppur cordiali e interessate durante le telefonate iniziali non hanno saputo cogliere il nostro reale interesse all'acquisto, e non hanno dato seguito alla ricerca da noi proposta eclissandosi nei giorni successivi.
Avevamo contattato anche Maison à Venise e parlato direttamente con Sebastien, il quale ha saputo proporre degli immobili mirati per quelle che erano le nostre richieste tenendoci aggiornati insieme al suo staff come da accordi, e comportandosi in maniera estremamente professionale, corretta e cordiale.
In pochissimo tempo abbiamo trovato l'immobile che cercavamo e siamo stati seguiti e supportati in tutte le fasi della sua compravendita.
Un team di professionisti raro da trovare, consigliato assolutamente se cercate immobili da acquistare o da affittare.
