Avrei voluto trascorrerci altri giorni. Lo riscegliero' sicuramente la prossima volta che andro' a Firenze. Highly recommended. The apartment is very central, a few steps from Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi, very nice, well furnished and very clean. I wish I could have spent more days there. I will definitely choose it again the next time I go to Florence.

Al check-in siamo potuti entrare solo alle 16 (ci è stato detto all'ultimo), al check-out avevamo chiesto se effettuavano un deposito bagagli e ci era stato detto di si, a patto di lasciarle al 3 piano di un altro stabile. Nessun problema peccato che all'arrivo allo stabile non ci fosse nessuno, dopo 30min di chiamate invano, ci ha gentilmente aiutati la signora della pulizie. Nota positiva l'appartamento é carino e pulito e la posizione è centralissima. Non aspettatevi un servizio da hotel o da ageniza strutturata. I checked out today, 4/01. We were disappointed with the organization. At check-in we were only able to enter at 4pm (we were told at the last), at check-out we had asked if they were making a luggage storage and we had been told yes, provided we leave them on the third floor of another building . No problem pity that on arrival at the building there was no one, after 30min of calls in vain, the cleaning lady kindly helped us. Positive note the apartment is nice and clean and the location is very central. Don't expect hotel service or a structured service.

Nonostante la posizione centralissima (100 mt da piazza duomo) non si sentono assolutamente i rumori della strada. La proprietaria di casa non abbiamo avuto modo di conoscerla di persona, ma è stata disponibile a qualsiasi ora tramite telefono e pronta nelle risposte. L'unica pecca è l'assenza della colazione, che per un viaggiatore mordi e fuggi sarebbe molto comoda. Un'idea facilmente realizzabile potrebbe essere quella di mettere in casa qualche confezione di briosche/fette biscottate e creme spalmabili/marmellate, rendendo il soggiorno perfetto. Ad ogni modo per chi si trovasse a passare da firenze consiglio vivamente questo posto per il loro soggiorno!! The house is small but very welcoming, neat and clean. Despite the very central location (100 meters from piazza duomo) you absolutely do not hear street noise. We did not get to know the owner of the house in person, but she was available at any time by phone and ready to answer. The only flaw is the absence of breakfast, which for a hit and run traveler would be very convenient. An easily feasible idea could be to put a few packs of brioches / rusks and spreads / jams at home, making the stay perfect. In any case, for those who are passing through Florence I highly recommend this place for their stay !!

Pro: la posizione eccezionale, a due passi da palazzo vecchio e dal duomo, con ascensore, dotato di ogni elettrodomestico, PULITISSIMO tranne... Contro: L'idea nostra era di prendere un appartamento per poter mangiare senza andare in ristorante. Peccato che 3 piatti su quattro fossero ancora sporchi di sugo e sinceramente mi hanno fatto passare la voglia... La colpa era sicuramente degli ospiti precedenti ma questo non lo accetto da un appartamento 4 stelle. Infine segnalo che la pressione dell'acqua era molto bassa. From the photos it seemed newer, even if then from a 15th century building in the center of Florence we cannot expect who knows what modernity. Pros: the exceptional location, a stone's throw from the old building and the cathedral, with lift, equipped with every appliance, VERY CLEAN except ... Cons: Our idea was to get an apartment to be able to eat without going to a restaurant. Too bad that 3 out of four dishes were still dirty with sauce and honestly they made me want to pass ... The fault was certainly of the previous guests but I do not accept this from a 4-star apartment. Finally I point out that the water pressure was very low.
