Everything is fine. Excellent location near all attractions. Spacious one bedroom apartment in the city center. Clean, everything worked. Thanks Valerie, helped with some questions. Good value for money.

The main door of building was broken, so I could not lock the door and go outside with security. However, the manager regarded request to check the lock as useless and repeated "try more" about 30 minutes. Then she threated me that they would demand extra charge of 20 euro if the lock is without problem. After a locksmith came and confirmed that the lock was broken, manager shifted himself and asserted that their are not responsible for the building door. I just planned to spend one day in Florence, and my travel was spoiled by this accomodation with poor service. The building door lock was broken and the door opened, but it was not locked, so I could not go outside the building. The office was far away, so I asked for help from the manager over an international phone call, but the manager told me that the door could not have been broken and just kept trying again for about 30 minutes. When I kept asking for help because I couldn't, the manager became annoyed and offered to check the situation by threatening to charge an additional 20 euros if my request was useless. After the manager sent a keysmith who didn't come in person and didn't speak English, when the keysmith confirmed that the door was broken, he changed his position and avoided being responsible for the building door. The one-day Florence itinerary was completely ruined by a poorly service-minded accommodation without a sense of responsibility. My parents had been to Florence for the first time in my life, but I couldn't even see the night view. Absolutely deprecated.
