Sono cliente da circa due anni e mi ero avvicinato al negozio perché ho un debole per la cultura latinoamericana e mi piace scherzare utilizzando qualche detto o parola ispanica. Forse lentamente la mia gentilezza e disponibilità è stata male interpretata e contemporaneamente il servizio è andato peggiorando. Ho così dovuto sopportare una certa trascuratezza. Ultimamente un cappotto mi è stato restituito con i bottoni di pelle rovinati con il solvente del lavaggio. Alla mia lamentela per il danno mi è stato risposto che non potevano accettare la mia richiesta di sostituire i bottoni come richiederebbe un servizio di lavaggio responsabile. Troppo è troppo. Io non voglio accettare danni procurati da incuria di altri. L’ amicalità non esime dallo svolgere bene il proprio lavoro. Sono costretto dunque a portare i miei capi di abbigliamento a un’altra struttura che offra un servizio non solo ragionevole, ma anche che non danneggi gli indumenti, bottoni compresi. Se le protezioni in stagnola non hanno funzionato non è certo mia responsabilità. Concludo dunque che la lavanderia è riuscita a scontentarmi e dunque ora la sconsiglio. The ironing and laundry is run by a fairly jovial middle-aged Ecuadorian. I've been a customer for about two years and I approached the shop because I have a soft spot for Latin American culture and I like to joke around using some Hispanic sayings or words. Perhaps slowly my kindness and helpfulness was misinterpreted and at the same time the service got worse. So I had to endure a certain neglect. Recently a coat has been returned to me with the leather buttons ruined with the washing solvent. To my complaint about the damage I was told that they could not accept my request to replace the buttons as a responsible washing service would require. Too much is too much. I don't want to accept damage caused by the neglect of others. Friendliness does not exempt you from doing your job well. I am therefore forced to take my clothing items to another facility that offers a service that is not only reasonable, but also that does not damage the clothing, including buttons. If the foil protectors did not work, it is certainly not my responsibility. I therefore conclude that the laundry has managed to dissatisfy me and therefore now I do not recommend it.
