I turned to this small printer to print personalized business cards and some invitation letters for an event. We worked well via email, the times were not very fast but I was able to pick up at the venue without piercing the deadline I had in the city

Ho richiesto ed approvato un preventivo. Dopodochè al momento della spedizione hanno richiesto il pagamento maggiorato di IVA (non era specificato in preventivo), dopo aver pagato l'IVA hanno deciso di aggiungere anche 40€ di spedizione (70km di distanza, pacchetto da 150g di piccole dimensioni, ho chiesto un preventivo ad UPS che hanno utilizzato loro per inviare e mi hanno detto che il costo era massimo di 9€). Ho richiesto spiegazioni ed inviato oltre 30 email senza mai aver ricevuto risposta. SIETE LA VERGOGNA DEI PICCOLI COMMERCIANTI ITALIANI!!!
SIMPLY OF THIEVES AND SCAMS.
I have requested and approved a quote. After that at the time of shipment they requested the payment increased by VAT (it was not specified in the estimate), after paying the VAT they decided to add also € 40 of shipping (70km away, small 150g package, I asked for a quote to UPS who used them to send and told me that the cost was maximum € 9). I requested explanations and sent over 30 emails without ever having received a reply. YOU ARE THE SHAME OF SMALL ITALIAN MERCHANTS !!!
