★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato diversi capi da lavare ed alcuni da riparare per la prima volta. Quando sono venuta a riprenderli mi hanno dato solo le cose lavate e non quelle riparate dicendomi che non è scritto sul bigliettino… Dopo aver insistito hanno ritrovato per fortuna i 3 capi riparati. Tornando a casa ho scoperto la mia maglia di cachemire Armani rovinata con dei buchi… Altri capi invece erano ok ma non ci tornerò più!
 I brought several items to wash and some to repair for the first time. When I came to take them back they gave me only the washed things and not the repaired ones, telling me that it is not written on the note ... After having insisted they luckily found the 3 repaired items. Returning home I discovered my ruined Armani cashmere sweater with holes… Other items were ok but I won't go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onesti e rapidi, gestione familiare orientale. Hanno in ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, concorrenziale rispetto sia al servizio dei grossi centri commerciali che rispetto ad altri. Il titolare, sempre cortese educato, si occupa direttamente delle piccole riparazioni come rattoppi o orli, che possono essere fatti al momento se urgenti. Il servizio di lavanderia è puntuale, viene fatto centralmente (non hanno macchinari in situ) perciò non è adatto se avete bisogno qualcosa in giornata. Lo uso da due anni e non ho avuto problemi.
Onesti Express, Eastern family. They have excellent value for money, competitive compared to the service of large shopping centers and compared to others. The owner, always courteous polite, deals directly with small repairs such as patching or edges, that can be made at the time when urgent. The laundry service is punctual, it is done centrally (they have no machines in situ) so it is not suitable if you need something in the day. I have been using it for two years and have had no problems.
