La prima volta il lavoro è stato fatto abbastanza bene e come concordato. La seconda volta il giacchino mi è stato riconsegnato mal cucito e con un altro buco (ipoteticamente uno sbaglio di cucitura). Alla richiesta di spiegazioni la Sig.ra sosteneva che l’altro buco lo avevo fatto io, ma per fortuna avevo una foto che dimostrava il contrario (scattata prima di entrare al negozio). La Sig.ra sosteneva inoltre di vedere questo secondo buco nella foto da me scattata indicandomi una piccola macchia data dal gioco di luce, ma purtroppo indicava un “buco” che si trovava dalla parte opposta di quello reale (giustificandosi dicendomi che quando invii le foto si capovolgono). Alla fine della discussione lei si “offre” di rifare il lavoro. Dopo altri due giorni senza giacchino torno, la cucitura è stata sistemata, il secondo buco (sbaglio loro) è stato coperto, il giacchino ora si presenta macchiato in prossimità della cucitura. Dopo una lunga discussione dove non viene riconosciuto in minima parte l’errore (la Sig.ra continuava ad esclamare: “io non sò cosa dirti, hai ragione”, naturalmente con tono saccente e con nessuna intenzione di essere umile ed ammettere lo sbaglio) la Sig.ra si offre di lavarmelo. Arrivati a questo punto non mi fido più a lasciarglielo neanche per un lavaggio. POCA PROFESSIONALITÀ, state alla larga! I wore a jacket twice to sew a seam near two cigarette holes made by me. The first time the work was done quite well and as agreed. The second time the jacket was returned to me badly sewn and with another hole (hypothetically a sewing mistake). When asked for explanations, Ms claimed that I had made the other hole, but luckily I had a photo that proved the opposite (taken before entering the store). Mrs. also claimed to see this second hole in the photo I took, indicating a small spot given by the play of light, but unfortunately it indicated a "hole" that was on the opposite side of the real one (justifying herself by telling me that when you send the photos overturn). At the end of the discussion she "offers" to do the job again. After another two days without a jacket I come back, the seam has been fixed, the second hole (their mistake) has been covered, the jacket is now stained near the seam. After a long discussion where the error is not recognized in the slightest part (Mrs. kept exclaiming: "I don't know what to tell you, you're right", naturally with a knowing tone and with no intention of being humble and admitting the mistake) Mrs. offers to wash it for me. At this point I no longer trust to leave it for him even for a wash. LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM, stay away!
