★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato due volte a riparare due capi, ed è successa la stessa cosa, tutte due le volte hanno svolto il lavoro in modo parziale e superficiale, hanno segnato loro i punti dove intervenire e non hanno riparato gli stessi punti da loro segnati, dando la colpa a me per giunta del fatto che non avessi specificato di riparare gli stessi punti segnati da loro, preso in giro e avendo pagato in anticipo, mi hanno fatto tornare tre volte a lavoro non svolto e ancora, alla terza un punto di quelli segnati, non era cucito e riparato, sono andato con la giacca scucita perché una presa in giro così davvero non mi è mai capitata.. Disonesti presuntuosi e superficiali, strafottenti e pure cari e maleducati.
Veramente pessimi, altamente sconsigliato
I took two garments for repair twice, and the same thing happened, both times they did the work in a partial and superficial way, they marked the points where to intervene and they did not repair the same points they scored, giving the it's my fault for the fact that I didn't specify to repair the same points scored by them, teased and having paid in advance, they made me return three times to work not done and again, on the third one point of those scored, it was not sewn and repaired, I went with the jacket unstitched because a mockery like this really never happened to me .. Dishonest presumptuous and superficial, arrogant and also expensive and rude.
Really bad, highly not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrendous experience. I turned in an item to be washed and ironed over the weekend. I return Monday morning in order to pick up and it wasnt ready - which in itself is okay and not a big problem for me. I come back ten minutes later and they say my jacket is ready. I tell them that its impossible to wash, dry and iron a jacket in ten minutes. thereafter the young man at the desk becomes very aggressive, starts yelling and pointing fingers and telling me he doesn't care about my jacket. I'm never coming back and I strongly advice against anyone considering to use this establishment.
