Sono stato totalmente soddisftto del servizo che Sviluppo Casa mi ha fornito: professionali sotto tutti gli aspetti, determinati e concreti nel loro lavoro.
Sono stato seguito passo passo da una bravissima professionista che ha saputo chiudere la vendita in pochi mesi e con mia piena soddisfazione.
Il risultato credo sia dipeso anche dalle procedure e dagli strumenti a disposizione: ad esempio la base dati nazionale Tecnocasa tra cui vengono selezionati e contattati i potenziali interssati.
Ogni settimana ho ricevuto un report delle comunicazioni avvenute, dei feedback, delle manifestazioni di interesse e delle visite, fino alla proposta di acqisto.
Naturalmente hanno operato anche con tutti gli strumenti tradizionali cioè la presenza sui tutti i principali portali con servizio fotografico professionale, visite virtuali, le vetrine fisiche, il magazine cartaceo, ecc.
Se andate a guardare le mie recensioni, troverete che ne ho lasciate diverse ad agenzie immobiliari con valutazioni il più delle volte fortemente negative; ...insomma so di cosa parlo ;-)
Nella mia esperienza questa si distingue per la grande capacità e professionalità dimostrate coi risultati.

I entrusted to the Sviluppo Casa agency, affiliated with Tecnocasa, the sale of an apartment that I had already put on the market for a year with another more "noble" agency, without result.
I was totally satisfied with the service that Sviluppo Casa provided me: professional in all respects, determined and concrete in their work.
I was followed step by step by a very good professional who was able to close the sale in a few months and to my complete satisfaction.
I believe the result also depended on the procedures and tools available: for example the national Tecnocasa database from which potential interested parties are selected and contacted.
Every week I received a report of the communications that took place, of the feedbacks, of the expressions of interest and of the visits, up to the purchase proposal.
Of course they also worked with all the traditional tools, i.e. the presence on all the main portals with professional photo shoots, virtual visits, physical showcases, the paper magazine, etc.
If you go and look at my reviews, you will find that I have left several to real estate agencies with evaluations that are most of the times strongly negative; ... well I know what I'm talking about ;-)
In my experience this stands out for the great ability and professionalism demonstrated with the results.
