★ ★ ★ ★ ★ diffidare se dovete affittare casa. se siete inesperti vi faranno firmare contratti di locazione pieni di clausole che andranno solo a vostro svantaggio. Se vi rivolgete a questa agenzia, a fine locazione dimenticatevi il deposito cauzionale...ve lo tratterranno con mille scuse, lasciandovi o la soluzione di accettare o quella di finire in tribunale
beware if you have to rent a house. if you are inexperienced they will make you sign leases full of clauses that will only be to your disadvantage. If you contact this agency, at the end of the lease, forget the security deposit ... they will keep it with a thousand excuses, leaving you either the solution to accept or the one to go to court
