Back then, I used to go somewhere else, always in the mall, then they made too many fuss and I changed .. it's the second time I go there but I'm fine .. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile pensare a qualcosa di meglio in fatto di qualità, puntualità, prezzi e disponibilità. Come tutti coloro che hanno un pesante carico di lavoro i gestori sono giustamente poco disponibili con clienti perditempo. I servizi offerti sono tutti di ottimo livello.
It is difficult to think of anything better in terms of quality, punctuality, prices and availability. Like all those who have a heavy workload, managers are rightfully not very helpful with time wasters clients. The services offered are all of an excellent standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine agosto ci hanno riconsegnato il piumone di qualcun altro (lo avevamo portato a lavare a fine giugno). Ce ne siamo accorti una volta aperto il sottovuoto ormai più di un mese fa, perché bianco come moltissimi altri e, ovviamente, riconsegnatoci con i nostri dati spillati sull'involucro. Abbiamo riportato il piumone altrui, loro lo hanno ripreso, ci hanno fatto lasciare il numero di telefono per ricontattarci nell'eventualità 'ricomparisse' il nostro. Nessuno si è fatto più sentire. Nessun nessun rimborso, nessun buono. E noi senza piumone. Non ci porterò mai più niente

And we without a duvet. I'll never take anything there again
