β β β β β Siamo portati per pulite i tappeti uno era naturale -di lana colore panna hanno resi giallo, hanno distrutto, altro tappeto sintetico stato reso massimo aspirato non lavato o lavato male- sporco ugualmente come siamo portati a lavanderia! Prendano soldo accettano anche in seconda volta e di nuovo rendano come era! Quando chiami per parlare con responsabile cellulare hanno spento, per due settimane hanno risposto soltanto una volta dicendo che responsabile non ce! Chi risolve problema , da spiegazioni cosa riguarda il tappeto distrutto?! Cosa devo fare? Scrivo una denuncia...?!
We are brought to clean the carpets one was natural - of cream colored wool they have made yellow, they have destroyed, another synthetic carpet has been made maximum vacuumed not washed or washed badly - dirty as we are taken to laundry! When you call to talk to the cellphone manager they turned off, for two weeks they only answered once saying that the person in charge is not there! Who solves the problem, from explanations what concerns the destroyed carpet ?! What should I do? I am writing a complaint ...?!

β β β β β Mio padre ha portato una tuta da sci che era da lavare ad acqua. Hanno sbagliato ed il risultato Γ¨ stato devastante il tessuto completamente distrutto con fori e smagliature . Ma la cosa peggiore Γ¨ la totale incompetenza e maleducazione del responsabile che ha negato ogni responsabilitΓ deridendo e suggerendoci di comprare una tuta nuova tanto loro non hanno assicurazione e non restituiscono niente.
Mi meraviglio che sia ammessa una struttura di così basso livello dentro un centro Coop che dovrebbe essere garanzia per i soci . Da evitare nel modo più assoluto .
