★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estremamente caro: 18€ per la pulizia di un giubbotto invernale è completamente fuori di testa! In più, di fronte alla mia richiesta sul perchè costasse così tanto, la risposta è stata che era stata fatta la pulizia speciale...che nessuno gli aveva chiesto però! Non ci sono prezzi esposti, io probabilmente ho sbagliato a non chiedere ma non mi era mai capitato di spendere una cifra così esagerata per la pulizia di un capo. La mancanza di chiarezza nel momento in cui hanno preso i capi l'ho trovata molto grave: avranno guadagnato di più questa volta ma hanno perso un cliente per il futuro.
Extremely expensive: € 18 for cleaning a winter jacket is completely out of your mind! In addition, faced with my request as to why it cost so much, the answer was that special cleaning had been done ... that no one asked him though! There are no prices displayed, I was probably wrong not to ask but I had never happened to spend such an exaggerated amount on the cleaning of a garment. The lack of clarity when they took the clothes I found it very serious: they will have gained more this time but have lost a customer for the future.
