Sono dovuto tornare tre volte. Si è smentita più volte. Mai patito così tanto per un documento. Zero privacy. M	Master Oncologia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese (quantomeno l’addetta che mi ha prestato il servizio), incompetente e con pretese assurde, sono dovuto tornare tre volte. Non rispondono alle e-mail che mi hanno chiesto di inviare, anche se le leggono. Al terzo appuntamento mi hanno fatto sentire un ladro che stava cercando di produrre documenti falsi!!! Costringono persone di tutte le età, pensionati inclusi, a fare file all’esterno sotto il sole cocente nonostante l’appuntamento. Non tornerò mai più. Rude staff (at least the assistant who provided me with the service), incompetent and with absurd claims, I had to return three times. They don't respond to emails they've asked me to send, even if they read them. On the third date they made me feel like a thief who was trying to produce fake documents !!! They force people of all ages, including retirees, to queue outside under the scorching sun despite the appointment. I will never go back.

Quando chiamo io invece mi riattaccano nel viso perché:non solo non sono in grado di scusarsi del grande disagio che mi stanno provocando, ma secondo la signora al telefono io volevo una caccia al colpevole e non la soluzione del problema (causato da loro) e da mancata chiarezza da parte dei vari siti come inps ecc. Ha alzato la voce, come me alla fine e riattaccato nel viso. Da vergognarsi e basta. I have not been in person but a friend of mine asks for information for me, same practices, incorrect information is provided and I find it absurd considering that we often talk about very delicate things! When I call instead they hang up in my face because: not only am I unable to apologize for the great inconvenience they are causing me, but according to the lady on the phone I wanted a hunt for the culprit and not the solution of the problem (caused by them) and by lack of clarity on the part of the various sites such as inps etc. He raised his voice, like me in the end, and hung up in the face. Just ashamed.

Efficienti è rapidi nello smistarci, norme di sicurezza applicate a modo. Si aiutano tra di loro passandosi gli appuntamenti se finiscono prima, velocizzando non poco lo svolgimento del lavoro collettivo. The only CAF, within 2 or 3 kilometers from my house, that carries out the Naspi request without making you wait 1 month for the apartment. P	Patrizia Mazzoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo hanno sbagliato a compilare il modulo degli assegni familiari e per andare all' Inps ho dovuto perdere del tempo e dei soldi per capire la errore. Ora spero mi rimborsino i 20€che mi hanno chiesto per una prestazione non avvenuta Unfortunately they made a mistake in filling out the family allowance form and to go to the INPS I had to waste time and money to understand the mistake. F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona esterna, molto attiva, ma nello stesso tempo distratta nel chiamare gli utenti, sembra essere ad un banco ambulante non c'è privacy sia nel chiamare il proprio nome sia in quello che devi fare. Cmq una volta entrati gli impiegati sono molto disponibili e gentili in particolare Irene M., persona molto professionale ed accogliente nel dialogare con noi utenti, esaudiente ad ogni dubbio che le viene posto e le sue risposte rispecchiano la vera preparazione, degna a rapportarsi con il pubblico. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto.
