Loro pensano alla burocrazia (es. bonus Mamma, bonus bebè, maternità pre/post parto) mentre noi possiamo dedicarci ai nostri piccoli! Ad avermi positivamente colpito, oltre alla professionalità, è l'attitudine: energia, empatia e serenità è quello che ci viene trasmesso. Personalmente ringrazio Federica della sede di Firenze, che mi ha permesso di gestire una criticità iniziale e di portarmi avanti (per non sbagliare più) su pratiche successive. Spero vivamente che più mamme possano conoscere questo patronato, perché è davvero un grande supporto (e sollievo) specialmente per le donne lavoratrici, che con il diventare mamma avranno ancora meno tempo per queste pratiche ;-) A name a guarantee! "Mamma Che Info" is a patronage designed for us (new) mothers who respond with professionalism and timing to all our requests. They think about the bureaucracy (eg Mother bonus, baby bonus, pre / post birth maternity) while we can dedicate ourselves to our little ones! What struck me positively, in addition to professionalism, is the attitude: energy, empathy and serenity is what is transmitted to us. Personally, I thank Federica of the Florence office, who allowed me to manage an initial critical issue and to carry on (so as not to make mistakes) on subsequent practices. I sincerely hope that more mothers can get to know this patronage, because it is really a great support (and relief) especially for working women, who will have even less time for these practices when they become a mother ;-)
