La sua gattina giovane e in piena salute , si è ammalata improvvisamente di una strana dermatite durante il periodo della quarantena. Ha chiesto quindi un appuntamento immediatI ma le è stato dato quasi dopo una settimana! La cosa ancora più grave è stato poi il comportamento Del dott. Fiori che il giorno della visita l’ha liquidata in maniera sbrigativa senza neanche visitare o fare analisi alla povera gattina. Tornata infatti in visita dopo due settimana senza alcun miglioramento, il dottore Non solo si è dimostrato sgarbato e ancora più frettoloso Della volta precedente dimostrando totale mancanza di umanità e professionalità, ma le ha pure chiesto ancora più soldi senza aver neanche toccato l’animale!!!!. La gattina infatti è stata poi ricoverata altrove dove hanno diagnosticato tutt’altra Malattia e curata in maniera adeguata con le adeguate analisi e approfondimenti. Assolutamente da evitare, noi non ci metteremo mai più piede. I am seriously upset and bitter. Despite being clients for years, my mother (elderly and sick) recently underwent indecorous treatment. Her young and healthy kitten suddenly fell ill with a strange dermatitis during the quarantine period. So she asked for an appointment immediately but was given almost after a week! Even more serious was the behavior of dr. Flowers that on the day of the visit dismissed her quickly without even visiting or analyzing the poor kitten. In fact, returned after two weeks without any improvement, the doctor not only proved rude and even more hasty than the previous time, showing total lack of humanity and professionalism, but he also asked her for even more money without having even touched the animal! !!!. In fact, the kitten was then hospitalized elsewhere where they diagnosed a completely different disease and treated them adequately with adequate analyzes and insights. Absolutely to be avoided, we will never set foot again.
