Available and patient, I only spoke on the phone with the veterinarian Dr. Ulisse, he reassured me and listened to me, helping me with the problem of my animals. He was available in case I encountered other problems with the recommended treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful bedside manner for my nervous 14 year old Chihuahua. Needed Rabies vaccine update before travelling and as usual left to mum as he does not take handling or injections well! This lovely man put us both at ease - and in impeccable English - from working in Ireland as a young vet - drew the vaccine with the normal needle and then SWAPPED it for the thinnest needle to administer it. Booboo did not even notice. Friendly, professional, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Bardini is the absolute best vet I have ever experienced after seeing vets for 20 years. The vets in the USA are always hurried and do not have the bedside manner. I moved to Firenze and found Dr Bardini on line. From the first visit I knew my babies were in the best hands. Dr Bardini is professional , knowledgeable and very compassionate. Dr. Bardini lead me through the most impossible heart breaking experience of putting down my Boston terrier. I can never thank him enough for his generous, kind, demeanor and holding my heart through the most painful experience of my life. It’s been two years since and I can finally write this review without a non stop flow of tears. Dr Bardini is still taking care of my 15 + year old French bulldog Oscar. Thank you Dr Bardini for caring for my babies! ❤️
