Zoia con i miei gatti è meravigliosa, ha un dono che è quello di avere un feeling speciale con gli animali ed essere competente. Sono in pochissimo tempo riusciti a formulare una diagnosi certa per il nostro gatto e a trovare la cura giusta. Onestà e gentilezza, soprattutto da parte di Zoia, ti fanno davvero sentire seguito. Orari più estesi (finalmente!) rispetto alle altre cliniche, servizio di emergenza in alcuni orari serali e festivi, accettano anche Visa e Mastercard. Consigliatissimo! Aggiornamento della recensione: Zoia ha risposto al telefono e riaperto la clinica per un improvviso malessere del mio gatto di sabato sera. Non ho parole per ringraziarla. Se a questo si aggiunge il fatto che i prezzi sono veramente onesti si comprende di aver trovato un tesoro! GRAZIE DI CUORE! A lot of professionalism in these historic walls with diagnostic tests and treatments at the height of the 21st century! In a very short time they were able to formulate a certain diagnosis for our cat and to find the right treatment. Honesty and kindness, especially from Zoia, really make you feel followed. Longer hours (finally!) Than other clinics, emergency service in some evenings and holidays, they also accept Visa and Mastercard. Highly recommended! Review update: Zoia answered the phone and reopened the clinic due to a sudden illness of my cat on a Saturday night. I have no words to thank you. If you add to this the fact that the prices are really fair, you understand that you have found a treasure! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Ho subito trovato delle ottime professioniste, amanti degli animali, scrupolose, gentili e rassicuranti. Ho avuto parecchio a che fare con loro, purtroppo per il mio cagnolino, che ha subìto diversi infortuni e acciacchi dell'età, e le dottoresse Francesca e Zoia e il dottor Luca, insieme all'aiuto dei validissimi collaboratori di cui si avvalgono (dall'oculista, all'ortopedico fino alla cardiologa) hanno sempre affrontato queste difficoltà con professionalità, cura, amore e competenza. Mi hanno sempre spiegato ogni cosa nei minimi dettagli, rincuorandomi e aiutandomi sempre. Sono molto disponibili e pazienti, anche nel rispondere alle mie interminabili email! Consiglio di rivolgervi a loro qualora vi sia la necessità di trovare un veterinario a Firenze e dintorni. I have been taking my little dog Giubba to the Petrarca clinic since the day I moved to Florence in 2018. I immediately found excellent professionals, animal lovers, scrupulous, kind and reassuring. I have had a lot to do with them, unfortunately for my little dog, who has suffered several injuries and ailments of age, and Dr. Francesca and Zoia and Dr. Luca, together with the help of the very valid collaborators they use (from ophthalmologist, orthopedist up to cardiologist) have always faced these difficulties with professionalism, care, love and competence. They have always explained everything to me in the smallest detail, heartening and always helping me. They are very helpful and patient, even in replying to my endless emails! I recommend that you contact them if there is a need to find a veterinarian in Florence and surroundings.
