Simone and his team, Elissa, Cecilia, Vera and Francesco are just AMAZING! Our boy Darko, a 7month Rottweiler became very ill with a stomach virus and I couldn't hope for anything better for him than Simone's team - they really saved his life. We live in the UK but this is by far the best place for your little loved ones - superb quality and knowledge and they truly cared about our boy. I would recommend without any hesitation and a big thank you again from ourselves to the team for saving our boy. You guys are the best. Ioulios, Cecilie and Darko!

Did a great job with our dog on a trip to Florence. Really friendly, despite our lack of Italian, saw us very quickly and had us all sorted and on our way. Not the most complex problem as he’d just picked up a tick the previous day walking in the mountains but we weren’t confident we could remove the whole thing and they got it all done quickly and gave us a prescription for an anti-bacterial cream to make sure. Would recommend for anyone needing a vet while visiting.

We are very thankful to the great team at Vet Hospital Firenze who saved the live of our dog bitten by a viper during hiking in Tuscany. They did a marvellous job being highly committed to caring for our family member and showing the highest professional expertise. We were also impressed by the friendliness and support by all staff members. This hospital can be highly recommended in particular for severe ill pets.

Great service, staff speak English, they do everything that they can to help. We were able to obtain a certificate of health for our Pomeranian in order to go back to United States(we were on 10 day vacation in Italy), and we had no issues. Great customer service!

I love this vet! They do a wonderful job and they are so thorough. I wish they would give treats, though, to my dog when she visits so she would be less scared.

Very efficient service and the vets were very sweet with my dog. He received excellent care for a 5 night stay and made a full recovery from a serious illness. I highly recommend this clinic and furthermore consider the expenses to be reasonable.

I came to the hospital with my Scilla extremely sick, weighing less than 6 kg, no other vet had found her problem—and it was the middle of the night. Through exams, visits, and so much sweet care, her doctor, Dr. Conti, found her disorder and and its cure. Scilla is now an energetic dog weighing in at over 10 kg! The 24 hr vet hospital has all new equipment and many enthusiastic doctors who truly seem to care. I will never be able to thank them and Dr. Conti enough!

My cat was bleeding from the nose. I took the cat to the emergency room at 8:00 in the morning. The male doctor at the front desk was very disdainful when he saw my cat. I was very anxious because the cat had blood on his chin. Because of vomiting blood or internal bleeding, but the doctor was talking on the phone, and it took a long time to start the examination, and then the doctor said something that I couldn't believe. He actually said that my cat was dirty. In real time, my cat was just on the stomach. It was stained with blood, and then checked and said that my cat has a polycystic kidney. The contradiction is that the report says that there is no polycystic kidney. I am very angry for the doctor's attitude. Everyone knows that if it is not good for their pets I wouldn't be in such a hurry to come to the hospital, the very good evidence I have for my cat is that I took her to the veterinary clinic near my house the next day because my cat was abused by the previous owner when she was a child, The doctor at the new clinic said that according to the age of my cat, she is in good health. I have not treated her badly. There is another very strange thing. I read the comments and feel that many people have not received the details of the examination. As a result, because I saw that my cat had a X check on the bill, but I didn't receive any CDs, I was really angry with the male doctor's disdainful attitude, and I don't recommend coming here. They don't care about your pet, I have been to this hospital twice before, and I deeply remember that the last time I gave my cat an injection was very unkind!
