Lascio un paio di camicie da stirare, concordiamo il ritiro il lunedì, mi reco alle 18 e trovo chiuso, senza nemmeno un cartello di avviso sull'orario di rientro, diverse persone mi dicono che sono lì fuori (35 gradi) da almeno un quarto d'ora, attendo anche io quindici minuti poi desisto. Torno dopo mezz'ora, il proprietario prima dice "erano per oggi, sono pronte... sono stato bravo!" come se la puntualità fosse un optional, poi quando gli chiedo se avesse avuto dei problemi e come mai avesse lasciato gente fuori per mezz'ora senza un avviso, dice che fa le consegne agli alberghi e non può fare altrimenti, aggiungendo che purtroppo non c'è più la madre che lo aiutava, sto per fargli le condoglianze quando aggiunge "se n'è andata 2 anni fa". Non so come ho fatto a non ridergli in faccia. Mi sono limitato a dire garbatamente "non so se tornerò più" e lui invece di scusarsi per il disservizio ha chiosato "faccia come le pare, tanto non chiudo". Sono allibito Disorganized, pathetic and arrogant. T	Teresa Manduzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCONSIGLIASSIMO... ho portato un abito indossato solo una volta (CristinaEffe 180€), purtroppo ad una festa macchiato di acqua di mozzarella, la mia lavanderia di fiducia era in ferie e decido di affidarmi a loro! L'abito si è ristretto di 2 taglie come minimo ( da appena sotto al ginocchio è diventato una minigonna, maniche accorciate...) una TRAGEDIA! Inoltre per nascondere l'errore mi hanno strappato, per giunta in malo modo, le etichette interne in cui erano segnate le taglie e il tipo di lavaggio! Ovviamente io non avevo più lo scontrino e non avendo neanche la possibilità di constatare la taglia nell'etichetta interna, non ho potuto denunciarli all'associazione dei consumatori State alla larga da questa lavanderia...
