Capisco che sono tenuti a farlo ( a campione) mi sarei aspettata un attimo più di comprensione e magari essermi potute venire incontro. Ribadisco ero una cliente che spendeva anche cifre non indifferenti. Personale poco furbo e professionale. I understand that they are required to do it (by sample) I would have expected a moment more understanding and maybe I could have come to meet me.
