Appena entrati ci hanno accolto e guidato durante gli acquisti.
Ci hanno consigliato la vip card per accedere agli sconti del 30% e 50%.
La ragazza con cui abbiamo parlato è stata molto gentile e ci ha consigliato benissimo.
Dobbiamo tornare per altri acquisti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata seguita dall’inizio alla fine con molta gentilezza e disponibilità.
Tra l’altro erano solo in due nel negozio la prima volta e, a parte qualche attesa (proprio perché sole nel gestire lo store), mi hanno seguita e consigliata comunque con grande professionalità.
Sono ritornata già altre volte.
Unica pecca forse è il poco personale (o è mal organizzato), soprattutto in momenti più affollati, che porta a rallentare la fila e l’attesa in cassa.
Infine è uno store ben fornito delle principali marche e articoli, dall’abbigliamento a tutto il resto.

Appena entrata nel negozio ho rivolto il mio saluto alle ragazze che erano dietro la cassa nessuna delle due si è degnata di rispondere, ma hanno continuato a parlare della serata trascorsa al ristorante..
A quel punto mi sono recata al piano superiore e anche lì non c'era nessuno ad accogliere il cliente, dopo un pó è arrivata una commessa che ho salutato e fatto la prima domanda , ma anche lei con un sorriso spento e soprattutto con pochissima voglia di stare in vendita dava risposte secche senza proporre alternative.
Sicuramente non ci metterò più piede ma se il personale continuerà ad essere questo il punto vendita non avrà molta speranza di crescere.
Esperienze negativissima!

At that point I went upstairs and even there there was no one to welcome the customer, after a while a saleswoman arrived who I greeted and asked the first question, but she too with a dull smile and above all with very little desire to be on sale gave dry answers without proposing alternatives.
I will certainly not set foot there again but if the staff continues to be this the point of sale will not have much hope of growing.
Very negative experiences!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante avessi entrambi i bambini con me la signora al piano superiore ha cercato di aiutarmi in tutti i modi è stata gentile e mi ha indicato varie proposte,il personale è poco ho atteso un po' in cassa ma poi l'adetta é stata veloce.
