★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi abbiamo comprato un divano in pelle e nell’ordine c’era compreso con l’aggiunta di 1 euro il purificatore ambiente e abbiamo aderito....alla consegna non avevano il purificatore xke terminati ma hanno voluto lo stesso l’ero in più dicendo che c’è lo avrebbero dato appena fosse arrivato....tutto questo ad agosto e ad oggi che siamo a novembre nessuno mi ha più contattato
Non è per l’euro ma è una questione di serietà! Non va bene, non si fa
We bought a leather sofa and the room purifier was included in the order with the addition of 1 euro and we joined .... on delivery they did not have the xke purifier finished but they still wanted the extra I was saying that they would have given it as soon as it arrived .... all this in August and today that we are in November no one has contacted me anymore
It is not for the euro but it is a matter of seriousness! It's not good, it's not done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo store per comprare divani. Chiaramente divani di un certo livello. Non pensate di trovare divanucci a buon mercato. Ottimi tessuti e pelle. Personale professionale e disponibile. Possibilità di finanziamento. Parcheggio non troppo ampio. Situato di fronte all'ikea e vicino ad un punto vendita Unieuro.
Great store to buy sofas. Of course, sofas of a certain level. Don't expect to find cheap sofas. Excellent fabrics and leather. Professional and helpful staff. Financing possibilities. Parking not too large. Located in front of ikea and next to a Unieuro store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ammetto che l'esposizione dei divani non è molto ampia...sopratutto comparandola alla varietà di prodotti presenti sul sito, insomma sotto questo punto di vista sono rimasta un po delusa. D'altro canto è stata una vera sorpresa trovare dei divani letto molto belli, comodi e a prezzi scontati.
I admit that the exposure of the sofas is not very wide ... especially comparing it to the variety of products on the site, in short, from this point of view I was a little disappointed. On the other hand it was a real surprise to find very nice, comfortable and discounted sofa beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto scadente.Il servizio è a dir poco inefficiente, deludente e poco professionale. Divano in pelle bianca acquistato a prezzo abbastanza importante e dopo due mesi mettendosi semplicemente a sedere come è normale fare, ti ritrovi un divano macchiato semplicemente dai colori dei tessuti indossati. Qualsiasi oggetto che si appoggia sopra si trasferisce il colore e rimane indelebile inoltre non è possibile pulirlo con nessun tipo di detergente qualsiasi esso sia. Nessuno del personale addetto si è preoccupato di venirci incontro come se fosse solo colpa nostra. Si prendono i soldi e poi ti mollano come se non ti avessero mai visto. Sconsiglio assolutamente di acquistare da chataux dux almeno per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza vendono divani difettosi e personale incurante delle lamentele dei clienti. Un'azienda che reputavo seria in materia di qualità. Meglio i cinesi. Mai più.
Very poor. Service is nothing short of inefficient, disappointing and unprofessional. White leather sofa purchased at a fairly high price and after two months simply sitting down as is normal, you find yourself a sofa simply stained by the colors of the fabrics you are wearing. Any object that rests on it transfers the color and remains indelible also it is not possible to clean it with any type of detergent whatever it is. None of the staff on duty bothered to meet us as if it was our fault alone. They take the money and then drop you like they've never seen you. I absolutely advise against buying from chataux dux at least as far as my experience is concerned they sell defective sofas and staff oblivious to customer complaints. A company that I considered serious in matters of quality. Better the Chinese. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato una stella xkè zero nn le potevo dare! Per niente professionali. Chiesto per motivi personali nn piacevoli un divano letto in pronta consegna e mi hanno assicurato una decina di giorni.. Siamo a quasi 2MESI! ORMAI NN LO PRENDERÒ PIÙ! RIDICOLI!
I gave a star because I couldn't give it zero! Not at all professional. Asked for personal reasons nn pleasant a sofa bed ready for delivery and they assured me about ten days .. We are almost 2 MONTHS! I WILL NEVER TAKE IT ANY MORE! RIDICLES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali per i rapporti con la clientela. Il divano ricevuto (modello Gubbio) è qualitativamente peggiore rispetto a quello in negozio per imbottitura e cuciture. Inoltre allungando la prolunga resta un buco fra cuscino della seduta e quello dello schienale, cosa che in negozio non succedeva.
Unprofessional for customer relations. The sofa received (Gubbio model) is qualitatively worse than the one in the shop for padding and stitching. Furthermore, extending the extension leaves a hole between the seat cushion and the back cushion, which was not the case in the shop.
