★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato oltre i limiti dell immaginazione,si scocciano per dare un informazione, sono stata mezz ora alla cassa per pagare un oggetto mentre le 2maleducate,preposte al pagamento litigavano tra loro.....assolutamente mai piuuuuuuuu
 Rude staff beyond the limits of imagination, they get annoyed to give information, I was half an hour at the cashier to pay for an item while the 2 rude ones, in charge of payment, argued with each other ..... absolutely never more uuuuuuu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio ma una delle commesse scortese.. mi sono avvicinato alla cassa per chiedere dei prezzi di 6 cuscini da divano + alcuni bicchieri.. perche pur essendo uguali avevano prezzi diversi sopra. Ho atteso alcuni minuti ma la commessa davanti al pc non faceva altro che sbuffare... senza dandomi nessuna risposta o almeno dire mi scusi qualche minuto. Dopo un po' sinceramente mi sono allontanato perché è stata una mancanza di rispetto...lei ha continuato a stare lì attaccata al pc senza dire nulla ne cercando di fermarmi almeno per provare a fare la vendita che ero super interessato
Nice shop but one of the shop assistants rude .. I went to the cashier to ask about the prices of 6 sofa cushions + some glasses .. because although they were the same they had different prices above. I waited a few minutes but the saleswoman in front of the pc did nothing but snort ... without giving me any answer or at least saying sorry for a few minutes. After a while I honestly walked away because it was a lack of respect ... she continued to stay there attached to the pc without saying anything or trying to stop at least to try to make the sale that I was super interested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità degli articoli non è delle migliori in quanto gli stessi spesso sono fallati ma la cosa che più ho riscontrato è che per avere assistenza bisogna andare alla cassa, difficilmente troverete il personale in giro pronto ad aiutarvi.
The quality of the articles is not the best as they are often flawed but the thing I have found most is that to get assistance you have to go to the cashier, you will hardly find the staff around ready to help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio molto grande, vende prodotti per la casa di ogni tipo. La qualità della maggior parte della merce è bassa, inoltre non c'è nessun commesso che ti segue per gli acquisti. Quando ci sono i saldi i prezzi sono molto convenienti.
Very large store, sells products for the home of all kinds. The quality of most of the goods is low, moreover there is no salesman that follows you for purchases. When there are sales the prices are very affordable.

Se vi dovesse capitare di dover andare in bagno, dovete arrangiarvi andandovene nel rqggiungere i bagni del decathlon, perche solo questi son per i clienti........ Di artecasa. Mi sembra strano nel 2022 autorizzare una importante struttura e attivita e non avere un bagno. Anche il bar sotto casa ha un umile bagno(per legge)
Very large and well assorted, and also excellent prices, but ..... If you happen to have to go to the bathroom, you have to make do with going to add the bathrooms of the decathlon, because only these are for customers ...... .. By artecasa. It seems strange to me in 2022 to authorize a major facility and business and not have a bathroom. Even the bar downstairs has a humble bathroom (by law)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store very much....I waited for 30mins for assistance, the associates stayed at the register with very few customers....I had to call them to get their attention to come over and assist me with a price that was not priced... This is no satisfactory.
