★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho notato un netto miglioramento rispetto agli anni precedenti rispetto a due punti: prima c'erano gruppi di personaggi poco rassicuranti che, con molta insistenza, cercavano di caricarti la roba in macchina per avere una mancia. Ora sono spariti e c'è un vigilante. Poi i tempi di attesa: il materiale viene iniziativa preparare appena paghi in cassa nell'altro negozio, e viene consegnato molto velocemente. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto rispetto alle esperienze precedenti.
 I noticed a marked improvement compared to previous years compared to two points: first there were groups of not very reassuring characters who, with a lot of insistence, tried to charge you stuff in the car to get a tip. Now they are gone and there is a vigilante. Then the waiting times: the material is initiative to prepare as soon as you pay in cash in the other store, and it is delivered very quickly. I was very satisfied with previous experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più di mezz'ora per ritirare un pacco, non seguono la cronologicità delle apparizioni degli ordini ma fanno passare avanti gli ordini più piccoli. Se poi fanno la pausa caffè tutti insieme mentre i clienti sono fuori ad aspettare.
Devo modificare la mia recensione in un'altra occasione, per peggiorarla. Purtroppo è un servizio che ti fanno fare obbligatoriamente, in venti minuti di attesa neanche un ordine riescono a preparare. Tutti fuori e nessuno sta entrando. Personale riunito in gruppo a fare conversazione, oppure a prendere il caffè. Ma li pagano?
More than half an hour to collect a package, they do not follow the chronology of the appearances of the orders but they let the smaller orders go forward. And if they all take a coffee break together while the customers are out waiting.
I have to change my review on another occasion, to make it worse. Unfortunately it is a service that they make you obligatorily to do, in twenty minutes of waiting not even an order can prepare. Everyone is out and no one is entering. Staff gathered in a group to make conversation, or to have coffee. But do they pay them?
