Prenotato passeggino trilogy ho lasciato acconto di 200 euro in contanti perche a detta della titolare non erano ammesse altre modalità e non mi rilasciano alcuna ricevuta fiscale. Dopo un paio di settimane ritiro il passeggino e saldo il conto e ricevo una ricevuta solo per il saldo come se l'articolo l'avessi pagato 200 euro in meno. Torno in negozio e faccio notare l'errore credendo nella loro buona fede. Mi danno uno scontrino per un importo di 200 euro relativo ad articoli mai acquistati. Faccio notare che è irregolare.devono annullare il vecchio scontrino, quello del saldo, ed emmetterne uno per l'intero importo da me pagato.. a quel punto vengo aggredito verbalmente da una persona del negozio. Alla fine ricevo lo scontrino corretto. Quindi attenzione quando pagate controllate lo scontrino
Bad experience. I booked a trilogy stroller and left a deposit of 200 euros in cash because, according to the owner, no other methods were allowed and they do not issue me any tax receipt. After a couple of weeks I collect the stroller and settle the bill and receive a receipt only for the balance as if I paid 200 euros less for the item. I go back to the shop and point out the mistake by believing in their good faith. They give me a receipt for an amount of 200 euros for items never purchased. I point out that it is irregular. They must cancel the old receipt, the balance one, and issue one for the full amount paid by me .. at which point I am verbally attacked by a person in the shop. In the end, I receive the correct receipt. So be careful when paying, check the receipt
