it was an important experience, gymnastics as muscle recovery and my health without being forced to weight sessions or having to grind miles of running on a treadmill, highly recommended!

Note gymnasium of Sesto Fiorentino. Very trained managers and the discipline required in exercising physical activity is appreciated. The only aspect to improve is a better ventilation of the local gym
