Io lo sfrutto nel periodo invernale per lavare i maglioni perchè non ho posto in casa dove asciugarli. Il risultato è spesso scarso. I maglioni anche i più nuovi tornano con i pallini e diventano proprio brutti. Ho anche sfruttato il servizio lavaggio per un abito, che è stato stirato male. S	Simone Canti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a lavare un abito da uomo (abito di qualità e non confezionato con materiali scadenti) e mi è stato restituito per metà rovinato con il tessuto pieno di bolle e fodera da buttare. Oltre a non essere recuperabile mi è stato risposto letteralmente " la colpa non è di nessuno, a volte capita". Pessimo servizio e nessuna professionalità. Sconsiglio totalmente. I brought a men's suit to launder (quality suit and not made from substandard materials) and it was returned to me half ruined with the bubbly fabric and lining to throw away. In addition to not being recoverable, I was told literally "nobody's fault, sometimes it happens". Bad service and no professionalism. I totally advise against it.

Quando li ho riportati per reclamare,ancora con i biglietti attaccati la commessa ha prontamente tolto un groviglio di capelli sulla manica di uno che le avevo fatto notare, poi ha iniziato ad accampare scuse sul fatto che il lavaggio a secco toglie solo le macchie di unto e che loro non li avevano macchiati, al momento che le ho chiesto cosa si poteva fare mi ha risposto vagamente, come minimo poteva propormi di rilavarli, invece no! Le macchie sono chiaramente roba appiccicata sopra tanto che si sente con l'unghia a grattarle e non è possibile che ci fossero già, almeno su uno perché è proprio sul collo davanti. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto dove non solo fanno danni ma ti prendono pure in giro! Se avete un capo delicato stateci lontani . Quando tra l'altro le commissioni neanche sono richieste. Personale gentile e professionale all'accettazione, e sistema di ritiro fai da te che da solo me li farebbe preferire.
