F	Fanny Five on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entusiasta! Ogni volta che ci vado, trovo sempre persone molto disponibili e che fanno sempre quel qualcosina in più che fa piacere proprio perché non è dovuto. Tanto per dire, la prima volta che ci sono andata ho trovato una signora addetta alle vendite che mi ha consigliata bene. Stavo cercando delle lenti a specchio per i miei occhiali da sole e quelle che mi ha dato sono veramente bellissime. Ieri sera sono tornata per riprendermi la mascherina magnetica di un paio d'occhiali da vista che avevo portato a riparare perché una delle due lenti si era staccata, e di nuovo ho ottenuto un ottimo servizio ad un prezzo stracciato (solo €. 15,00 a fronte dei €. 30,00 minimo che chiedono gli altri). Sempre ieri sera, ho comprato un paio di occhiali di quelli da pochi euro, giusto per riserva, che mi permettono di vedere meglio da vicino e sono carinissimi, davvero sfiziosi, e l'ottico mi ha dato anche un astuccio trasparente che è carinissimo ed anche questo, a rigore, non dovuto. E' sempre gentile, solerte, col sorriso, che anche queste non sono cose dovute ma fanno piacere. E poi ho visto che da poco hanno esposto occhiali da vista con la mascherina magnetica (quelli che permettono di andare al mare senza lenti a contatto perché non si vede che sono da vista in quanto sopra c'è una mascherina mobile con le lenti neutre a specchio) di una marca nuova e molto carini. Prodotto molto interessante: ci voglio pensare sopra. Insomma offrono gentilezza, novità ed efficienza. Va a finire che uno compra anche quello che non gli serve… I am enthusiastic! And then I saw that they have recently exposed eyeglasses with the magnetic mask (those that allow you to go to the beach without contact lenses because you don't see that they are in a view, since there is a mobile mask with neutral lenses mirror) of a brand new and very nice. Very interesting product: I want to think about it. In short, they offer kindness, novelty and efficiency. It turns out that one also buys what he doesn't need ...

Assistenza a dir poco scadente. Cambierò di certo ottico. Ho acquistato i nuovi occhiali progressivi fotocromatici presso il negozio Lama Optical del Centro Commerciale Unieuro 2 di Roma e sono totalmente soddisfatto. Soddisfatto e arrabbiato nello stesso tempo, perché ho speso un quarto della cifra impegnata per gli occhiali precedenti, cosiddetti di Marca "Zeiss Esilor", acquistati da un altro ottico "amico". Ero molto titubante al momento dell'acquisto per la grande differenza di prezzo, ma dopo averli testati mi chiedo come possa essere permesso agli altri ottici, derubare in modo così palese la loro clientela. Meno male che Lama c'è ... Oltretutto il personale è simpatico e paziente, perché devono avere a che fare con clienti perplessi come me tutti i giorni. Io, poi non sono uno che si accontenta della mediocrità, soprattutto per quanto concerne la vista, dato che sono un artista, pittore e scultore, e una buona visione per me è fondamentale.
