★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio questo negozio. Mancanza di professionalità. Ho appena restituito SENZA ESSERE RIMBORSATA uno spray per pulire le scarpe usato una sola volta perché OPACIZZANTE. MI hanno risposto che non potevano restituire € 5.95 ne fare un buono.
I don't recommend this shop. Lack of professionalism. I just returned WITHOUT REFUNDING a spray to clean shoes used only once because OPACIZING. They replied that they could not return € 5.95 or make a voucher.

Magari fra 2/3 mesi...” quindi se uno va in piscina o in palestra e ha bisogno di ciabatte “sportive” non le compra a febbraio? ... bene. Servizio pessimo , ed è sembrato quasi che mi stessero prendendo in giro. Problema risolto : comprandole a un altro negozio di scarpe sempre sportive . sempre dentro euroma2. Dubito che mi rivedrete. È pieno di negozi di articoli sportivi . ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato oggi un paio di scarpe Nike per mia figlia, dopo aver pagato, appena usciti fuori dal negozio , ho voluto provare se le stavano bene, visto che le aveva sentite solo la commessa dicendo che andavano bene. Praticamente la scarpa era precisissima, siamo entrati subito per cambiare numero e ci hanno risposto che era l'ultimo paio, cosa che potevano dirci anche prima. Le commesse molto arroganti, prima mi hanno detto che le avrebbero fatte arrivare per il giovedì successivo, poi si sono negate di aver detto questa cosa, subito dopo dicono di voler fare un buono valido un anno per poi rettificare la validità in 6 mesi, e quando ho fatto notare che io avevo pagato qualcosa che loro non potevano darmi, prendendomi in giro si sono permesse di replicare dicendomi che dovevo aspettare 6 mesi usando la frase "quanno arrivano arrivano"
Pessima esperienza, lo sconsiglio a tutti, e consiglio al titolare di selezionare il personale, altrimenti ci mette poco a chiudere, vedendo anche le altre recensioni ?

Bad experience, I do not recommend it to everyone, and I advise the owner to select the staff, otherwise it doesn't take long to close, seeing also the other reviews ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei 0 stelle. Racconto ciò che mi è accaduto per far capire alla gente il "raggiro" che ho subito. Ho acquistato un paio di nike ed un paio di new balance. Sul secondo paio mi è stato praticato lo sconto del 30%. Dopo 10 gg decido di sostituire il secondo paio in quanto leggermente scomodo. Telefono al punto vendita e mi dicono che posso cambiarlo in qualsiasi negozio così mi recò al centro commerciale Aurelio e li mi contestano la sostituzione perché la scarpa in questione si presenta a dir loro con un difetto di fabbrica. Torno al punto vendita dove ho acquistato e mi lasciano tranquillamente sostituire la scarpa in questione dopo contatti telefonici con l'altro punto vendita. Ora arriva il bello: al momento di pagare non mi riconoscono il 30% di sconto iniziale perché a dir loro ho scelto un altro modello e quindi lo sconto non è praticabile. Oltre ad essere un punto vendita poco serio fate anche attenzione alle scarpe che vi danno. Controllate sempre. Per ciò che mi riguarda mai più Aw lab.

I go back to the store where I purchased and they let me safely replace the shoe in question after telephone contact with the other store. Now comes the fun part: at the time of paying they don't recognize the initial 30% discount because, according to them, I chose another model and therefore the discount is not practicable. In addition to being a not very serious store, also pay attention to the shoes they give you. Always check. As for me, Aw lab never again.
