★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto piccolo ma le camicie belle e di buona fattura.Abbiamo comprato 2 camicie di lino e con l'aggiunta di € 6 fanno anche le iniziali.La delusione è stata nel.notare che x € 100 le camicie non erano state piegate ma buttate nella busta.Non dico di piegarle come fossero nuove ma almeno fingere.
The shop is very small but the shirts are nice and well made. We bought 2 linen shirts and with the addition of € 6 they also make the initials. The disappointment was in noting that the shirts had not been folded x € 100 but throw in the envelope. I don't say to fold them like they were new but at least pretend.

Camicissima che brutta immagine date...
13 hours with mask saying good morning the outraged saleswoman committed to reset and not happy with what she did makes me not enter .... ? in a grumpy and rude way ..... I'm going to say hello .... this girl should remember that there are people less fortunate than her who work and should be grateful for life ... Camicissima what a bad image you give ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo!Premesso che sono un cliente da anni, sabato scorso acquisto 5 camicie e chiedo di far ricamare le iniziali come al solito.
Su 2 delle 5 sbagliano la posizione , ricamandole in pieno petto. Il giorno dopo riporto le camicie al negozio e le ritirano segnandosi il mio numero di cellulare ed assicurandomi che mi avrebbero richiamato immediatamente perché “non sapevano” se potevano rimediare all’errore. Da allora non mi hanno più richiamato, ho telefonato io ogni giorno e ogni giorno mi rispondono che la commessa presente in quel momento non era quella che mi aveva servito e quindi non sanno che dire. Ho chiesto di parlare con il capo area ma nulla. Quello che mi hanno risposto è che per loro non è un errore poiché poi le 2 camicie le deve pagare la commessa!!!
Ad oggi la situazione non è risolta, E premesso che non acquisterò più camicie Camicissima sicuramente procederò a denunciare l’accaduto se non verrà risolto!
Absurd! Given that I have been a customer for years, last Saturday I purchased 5 shirts and asked to have the initials embroidered as usual.
On 2 of the 5 they miss the position, embroidering them in the chest. The next day, I bring the shirts back to the store and collect them by writing down my cell phone number and assuring me that they would call me back immediately because "they didn't know" if they could correct the mistake. Since then, they have never called me back, I phoned every day and every day they answer me that the order present at that moment was not the one who had served me and therefore they don't know what to say. I asked to speak to the area manager but nothing. What they replied is that for them it is not a mistake since then the 2 shirts must pay the order !!!
To date, the situation has not been resolved, and given that I will no longer buy shirts, Camicissima will certainly proceed to report the incident if it is not resolved!

Ho acquistato 3 pantaloni taglia 44, stesso modello diversi colori, mi sono misurato soltanto uno, poi mi sono fidato dal fatto che l'etichetta riportassi la mia taglia, ho acquistato anche due camicie, che per fortuna ho misurato tutte due. Quando sono arrivato a casa mi provo tutti i tre i pantaloni, peccato, non mi stanno come quello che avevo indossato nel negozio, sono più grandi, soltanto quello che avevo provato era giusto. Son tornato, il giorno dopo, nello stesso negozio, e sono stato trattato con poca gentilezza, la commessa era scocciata e poco partecipe nel aiutarmi a sostituire i pantaloni. Alla fine non ho trovato i pantaloni dello stesso colore che avevo scelto previamente, ho dovuto sostituire uno di essi con una camicia che non mi piaceva tanto, cioè ho dovuto accontentarmi, anche perché fra tutte le camicie, della mia taglia, che potevo scegliere, non c'era granché. Mai più da Camicissima, Pessima esperienza e soldi buttati via. Sono fortemente deluso.
Never again from Camicissima, non-standard sizes, unkind shop assistants. I bought 3 pants size 44, same model different colors, I measured myself only one, then I trusted the fact that the label showed my size, I also bought two shirts, which fortunately I measured both. When I got home I try on all three pants, too bad, they don't fit me like the one I wore in the store, they are bigger, only what I tried on was right. I went back to the same shop the next day and was treated with little kindness, the saleswoman was annoyed and not very involved in helping me to replace the pants. In the end I did not find the trousers of the same color that I had previously chosen, I had to replace one of them with a shirt that I did not like so much, that is, I had to be satisfied, also because among all the shirts, of my size, that I could choose, there wasn't much. Never again from Camicissima, Bad experience and money thrown away. I am greatly disappointed.
