★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non molto professionali, si vede che la ragazza che mi ha servito lavorava da poco, dato che non sapeva proprio dare la forma al gelato. Assicuratevi di far fare i gelati a persone, a cui sia dato il tempo di imparare per bene! Inoltre il cono era duro, si sentiva che non era fresco.
P. S: prendo sempre il gelato da GROM a Porte di Roma, quindi ormai so com'è un Gelato Grom, inoltre si vedeva palesemente la differenza tra il mio cono e quello degli altri accanto a me. Il mio modellato male e striminzito, perché per cercare di modellarlo me ne veniva messo poco rispetto ad altra gente
