★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno veramente tante cose diverse, io ho preso una cialda con dentro una crepe con tre palline di gelato a scelta sopra e un topping di crema di pistacchio con granella (5,90€).. valeva i 5 minuti di attesa per la preparazione assolutamente!! Sono riuscito anche a sedermi su un loro tavolino per gustarmelo con calma. Che dire spaziale, pollice in su!
 They do so many different things, I took a waffle with a crepe inside with three scoops of ice cream of your choice on top and a topping of pistachio cream with grains (€ 5.90) .. it was absolutely worth the 5 minutes of waiting for the preparation !! I also managed to sit down on one of their tables to enjoy it calmly. What about space, thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il menu aveva un gelato al pistacchio molto carino, il prezzo era di 7 euro. È stato terribile: il cono di cialda e le briciole di biscotti puzzavano di cibo avariato. Gelato c'erano solo 2 palline all'interno.
the menu had a very nice pistachio ice cream, the price was 7 euros. It was terrible: the waffle cone and the cookie crumbs smelled like spoiled food. There were only 2 ice cream balls inside.

Il gelato non è niente di che: eccessivamente cremoso e poco saporito.
La panna poi è troppo dolce.
E basta con i gelati artistici, per favore.
Insegnate ai dipendenti a fare le coppette per bene e non accroccate per fare bella figura. Ci mettono troppo e il risultato è spesso osceno.
La nocciola per esempio stava per cedere dato che era stata messa tutta sbilenca.
La cialdina non l'ho toccata poiché il banchista l'ha presa con le mani.
3,90 euro di coppetta letteralmente buttata al secchio.
Non l'ho neanche finita e menomale che non mi sia sentita male.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al secondo piano del centro commerciale Maximo si trova un negozio di cioccolata e gelato, le torte sono freschissime e dolci al punto giusto. Complimenti per la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff! Fermatevi qui per riposare, prendere un caffè e mangiare qualcosa di molto buono prima di continuare lo shopping.
On the second floor of the Maximo shopping center there is a chocolate and ice cream shop, the cakes are very fresh and sweet at the right point. Congratulations on the cleanliness and kindness of the staff! Stop here to rest, have a coffee and eat something very good before continuing your shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this shop in shopping center Porta di Roma. Very bad experiance I would never recommend anyone to go there!
Very rude and unprofessional stuff.
I order 4 drinks and 2 coffees and waited for literally 40min to get it. I payed my drinks, friend of mine and I showed Green pass and we were waiting for our wife’s while they were shopping in other stores, but they let me stand there for 40min and ignored me?!?! They don’t speak English so they just ignored me with my receipt in my hand and continue serving other people FOR 40minutes. At the end my wife finish her shopping and came to this coffee shop and went to check why I STILL didn’t get my drinks and they told her that I order 4 drinks and that they count only two people(two Green passes?!) ?!!!? IMAGINE THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME MY DRINKS BECAUSE I ORDER MORE DRINKS IN ADVANCE?!?! I traveled whole world and such a bad experience I never had.
LEARN BASIC ENGLISH OR AT LEAST DONT IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMER IF YOU ALREADY CHARGED THEIR MONEY JUST BECAUSE THEY ORDER FEW DRINKS IN ADVANCE.
Never coming again. Such a shame.
