Giorno 15 ottobre mi reco con la mia famiglia per delle compere al.centro commerciale. Salendo al primo piano vedo il corner di iliad,quale occasione migliore visto che da tempo riflettevo sull'idea di cambiare gestore?! Ero tt contenta e soddisfatta,ma purtroppo c'era un ragazzetto robusto che non solo non ha saputo rispondere alle mie domande lasciandomi interdetta ma soprattutto non è stato per niente convincente,l'ho visto abbastanza impacciato e a mio parere inesperto. Fortunatamente insieme a lui c'era la signorina Veronica che con molta professionalità ha saputo illustrarmi tt la procedura soddisfando a pieno le mie domande.
Le 5 stelle le metto sicuramente a lei. Grazie ancora Veronica
I put only one star, as very disappointed.
Day 15 October I go with my family for some shopping at the shopping center. Going up to the first floor I see the iliad corner, what better opportunity since I had been thinking about the idea of changing manager for some time ?! I was happy and satisfied, but unfortunately there was a sturdy boy who not only could not answer my questions leaving me dumbfounded but above all he was not at all convincing, I saw him quite awkward and in my opinion inexperienced. Fortunately, together with him was Miss Veronica who, with great professionalism, was able to explain the procedure to me, fully satisfying my questions.
I definitely put the 5 stars on her. Thanks again Veronica
