I fritti nulla di che, zucchine fritte molle e unte. Non tornerei, menu da rivedere Good nerano pizza, nothing exceptional. The tomato based diavola seemed undercooked, too sour like gravy. The fried nothing special, soft and greasy fried zucchini. Wouldn't go back, menu to be reviewed

Debole, a mio avviso, la carta dei dessert. 5 stars for the Neapolitan version pizza. The best ever eaten in Rome. I'll be back for the excellent looking starters. In my opinion, the dessert menu is weak.

I crocche più buoni mai assaggiati, una pizza (io ho scelto la marinara con crudo in uscita) strepitosa e una fetta di pizza ripiena con salsiccia e friarielli molto molto molto buona. La ragazza in sala è stata gentilissima accontentando tutte le mie richieste e facendomi sentire veramente come a casa, Servizio ottimo, se dovessi ricapitare al Maximo so già dove fermarmi a mangiare! Awesome!!! The best crunches ever tasted, an amazing pizza (I chose the marinara with raw ham) and a slice of pizza stuffed with sausage and broccoli very very very good. The girl in the room was very kind, accommodating all my requests and making me feel truly at home, Excellent service, if I were to return to the Maximo I already know where to stop to eat!

Non ancora provati primi e secondi ma promettono molto bene. Probably the best Neapolitan pizza in Rome. Very soft dough, perfectly leavened, therefore very digestible as well as delicious pizza. Not yet tried first and second but they promise very well.

Il menù è flessibile e in grado di accontentare sia chi predilige i piatti della cucina partenopea sia chi è in cerca di altro. La sala è ben curata, i camerieri gentili e disponibili. Nel complesso una buona pizzeria che consiglio di frequentare durante la settimana per un’esperienza ottimale. Great pizzeria! Simple but welcoming place, Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood oven, digestible and with a lot of choice. The menu is flexible and able to satisfy both those who prefer Neapolitan cuisine and those looking for something else. The dining room is well looked after, the waiters are kind and helpful. Overall a good pizzeria that I recommend attending during the week for an optimal experience.

I pizzaioli sono capaci e gentili. I camerieri ed il servizio in generale sono PESSIMI: possono lasciarti senza un bicchiere d'acqua anche per 20 minuti dal tuo ingresso al ristorante. Lenti, imprecisi, svogliati. L'ultima volta sono andato via per la rabbia e penso che dovrà passare molto tempo prima che ci ritorni. I share my experience after having lunch / dinner at least 20 times in this place: the products are of good quality (not exceptional), but there is still a wood oven. The pizza chefs are capable and kind. The waiters and the service in general are BAD: they can leave you without a glass of water even for 20 minutes after you enter the restaurant. Slow, imprecise, listless. Last time I went away in anger and I think it will have to be a long time before I return.
