Ma sicuramente la prossima volta li Assageremo ? Personale simpatico, disponibile e molto cortese. Siamo molto soddisfatti torneremo sicuramente ?? I miei complimenti vanno allo chef e al personale della cucina per aver soddisfatto le nostre richieste con garbo e professionalità. Peccato sia in un centro commerciale che non crea atmosfera, per il resto pienamente promosso. Respected Roman recipes. Good. Friendly and helpful staff. Very honest prices. d	davide on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo.. forse per la pasta sono bravi.. ma con i secondi.. e contorni.. non ci siamo proprio.. suprema di pollo.. di supremo c'era solo il prezzo.. 9.90€ per un pezzo di pollo striminzito con 2 foglioline vicine.. l'ho dovuto far tornare indietro perché era crudo.. mi hanno riportato lo stesso rimesso sulla piastra.. sempre crudo all'interno. E poi che dire.. il pane non è previsto.. però ti fanno pagare il coperto.. ma come funziona?? le polpette al sugo.. di mio figlio.. erano fredde.. La cosa che si salvava era la Focaccia.. Mi siedo , mi vedono , e con calma dopo circa 5 minuti , passa la cameriera , che va a prendere l'ordinazione a un altro tavolo , dove si erano accomodati dopo di me. Ordino una cotoletta impanata con patatine , arriva anche abbastanza velocemente , do un occhiata al piatto e manca il limone sul piatto. Chiedo se me lo porta , velocemente lo porta , ma il limone è vecchio e pure bacato. Delusione assoluta. Simple lunch. Abbiamo assaggiato una ottima cacio e pepe, cremosa e pepata al punto giusto. Succulenta amatriciana e delicatissima tagliatella al ragù di chianina. Bella l idea del grana padano mono dose che è perfettamente in linea con le norme di pulizia. Ottimi anche i dolci. Unico consiglio che mi permetto di dare è di ampliare il menù anche sulle altre portate sui piatti tipici romani, ad esempio porchetta o qualche altro dolce ma tipico della tradizione. Bella la location, elegante e classica. Eccellente e attento il servizio. Prezzi giusti per la qualità e il servizio offerto! Excellent Roman shop inside the Maximo shopping center.
