Ottima la pizza cacio e pepe e quella ripiena, non un granché quella con le melanzane, non avevano sapore e la pizza era senza sale. Cmq comodo x prendere pizza da portar via. C	Claudia Sagulo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata al centro commerciale Maximo per una passeggiata, erano ormai le 20 e con mia figlia decidiamo di prendere della pizza , a quell'ora sul banco c'era ben poca scelta c'erano dei piccoli di diversi tipi. Ne prendiamo due pezzi, appena il ragazzo la pesa mi rendo conto che non era sufficiente, mi scuso con il ragazzo e chiedo di sostituire un pezzo con uno più grande, il ragazzo mi risponde che non è più possibile sostituirlo in quanto era stato già pensato e non era più possibile azzerare il conto. Rimango allibita dalla sua risposta e siccome penso di non aver chiesto nulla di strano faccio a meno di entrambi i pezzi. Cosi il ragazzo siccome non mi ha voluto sostituire un pezzo di pizza si è trovato costretto ad annullare tutto il conto. Ci tengo a sottolineare il linguaggio arrogante del commesso. Non ci metterò più piede. Il ragazzo delle consegne ha detto che sarebbe arrivato a breve un suo collega, che ovviamente non si è presentato. Il locale non ha un numero di telefono attivo al quale poter chiamare e quindi ho chiesto il rimborso dalla app deliveroo. Esperienza pessima. I placed an order for over 70 euros but only received half of it. The delivery guy said a colleague of his would be here shortly, who obviously didn't show up. The restaurant does not have an active phone number to call and so I asked for a refund from the deliveroo app. Bad experience.

Alle 21:55 arriva la notifica che il rider sta per arrivare. 22:05 ordine cancellato. Ho provato a chiamare ovviamente numero inesistente. Se non si è in grado di gestire una mole di ordini importante si dovrebbe evitare di accettarli per non creare disagi ai clienti. La pizza sará anche buona ma non ordinate da asporto.
