★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per vedere la qualità di una pizzeria a taglio , opto sempre per la pizza bianca ( a detta di un mastro fornaio è la cartina al tornasole per capire come è la lievitazione dell'impasto ), semplicemente salata in superficie . Ebbene...buon sangue non mente ! Sergio ha saputo ben indirizzare i ragazzi nel portare avanti un'attività con passione e cura. La pizza è favolosa, buonissima anche riscaldata il giorno dopo e, anche da congelata ( semmai dovesse avanzarne) , una volta sfornata è fragrante , croccante sopra e morbida sopra. Promossi a pienissimo voti!
To see the quality of a pizza by the slice, I always opt for the white pizza (according to a master baker it is the litmus test to understand how the dough leavens), simply salted on the surface. Well ... good blood does not lie! Sergio has been able to guide the boys well in carrying out an activity with passion and care. The pizza is fabulous, very good even reheated the next day and, even when frozen (if anything is left over), once baked it is fragrant, crunchy on top and soft on top. Passed with full marks!
